Eligibility and Account Registration

Verification Requirements

We trigger our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process 30 days after your first deposit, once your aggregate deposits reach 2,000 EUR, before your first withdrawal, or whenever your risk profile changes. We may request a government-issued photo ID, proof of address issued within the last 180 days, proof of payment, and in some cases source of funds documentation or a video verification call.
